Facebook: upload picture and tag all friends

Project Description:

I am looking for a program which has the following options:

1. I should be able to enter all my facebook accounts (username/pass)
2. When clicking some kind of "start" button the program should:
3. Login to account #1
4. Upload a picture which I have selected in the program (I can upload that picture from my HD)
5. Tag all friends from account #1 on the selected picture.
Note: if there is a max of for example 30 members to tag on one picture then the same picture should be uploaded more often untill all friends of account #1 are tagged on the picture.
6. Follow step 3-5 untill all the facebook accounts which are entered in the program have been done. All friends of all facebook accounts have to be tagged on the pictures.

Extra info:
- I currently have circa 30 Facebook accounts
- Each facebook account has between 100 - 5.000 friends
- If there is a max of for example 30 tags on a picture and the profile has 300 friends then the same picture has to be uploaded 10 times (10 x 30 = 300) so all friends are tagged.
- A member should only be tagged one time. When the member is tagged his ID should be recorded into some kinf of logging file so that his ID can be ignored/skipped in the future. This *.txt file should be possible to empty when I want.
- All should happen automated so that it is not needed that I have use the program every 30-60 minutes to finish the tagging.
- This tagging is meant to promote an event flyer/banner so that this event will be visible on the members their wall and get more promotion.
