Project Description:

Please see the program attached. We need a complete makeover into modern professional windows software while retaining the current back end functions. We just need to change the user interface, making it more like a software from a professional company. A few added function such as a note section to be saved along with the typical .kb file, and links to external URL or external videos.

The program or IDE ( Integrated Developing Environment ) that we used isIts Visual studio 2010 by Microsoft. The language we used to program is VC++

Bidder must provide example of similar Windows Programs completed to be considered. Only Professional programmer who has done a lot of similar programs will be considered.

C Programming, C++ Programming, Software Architecture, Visual Basic, Windows Desktop
