PROJECT: Website needs to be ranked in the top 3 on GOOGLE/BING/YAHOO. Website must rank in the top 3 spots for all 10 Keywords.


GUIDLINES TO KEEP IN MIND: All the work must be Google policies friendly. And if website gets delisted or sandbox. Payment will not be made.

1 ONLY WHITE HAT SEO METHODS
2 Google guidelines MUST be followed
3 Backlinks and directories must be DOFOLLOW, ONEWAY, PERMANANT and from quality high ranking sites
4 No spam methods should be used
5 No unethical SEO methods are to be used
6 no junk profile building techniques are to be used
7 No use of automated software or bots
8 No links from under construction pages
9 No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
10 No link farms, traffic exchanges, link exchange programs or web rings
11 No links or directory submissions on banned sites, XXX, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.
12 No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox
13 Expert understanding of Google & Panda Updates and how to work with them

Initial project is not for monthly packages and plans so please save that for later. So only bid your whole price for the website to bring on top.

I will require bi-weekly reports to see if the project is on track.
