web scraping------extract list from website

Project Description:
we need extract the shop list from the page of "Shop Finder" one website .In this page of "Shop Finder", the website will list the shops which match the "Service Type","Radius", "Search by Zip" or" Search by City &State" you choose.
In the list, the website will show the name of the shop, address, phone #, fax #, email, website, contact person.
We need all the information as a excel format.
We already collect the list from 12 states manually. We want to get the whole list (including these 12 states).
We already get some bad exprience with some other freelancers which send the fake or bad list to us to
pretend as the list from this website. This website is from a professional organization. The list information
is different from all the other directory on the internet. We can verify if it is really from it or not once we get
the list.
We just need the freelancer who has strong exprience and take this job very seriously and carefully.
We do not want to play with some one who want to take the chance. It will waste time for both of us.
