Project Description:
I need to design an animated banner in 3 sizes:728x90
300x250
160x600
The banner need to advertise my Learn Hebrew course
one side should say:
Speaking Hebrew is Super Easy
Other side:
Speak Hebrew Like an Israeli in 30 days! Start Here
As far as other elements I was thinking maybe on side 1 have an animated characters looking out holding thumbs up
As far as the other side not sure so you have a free hand to use your creativity

The most important thing is to have people click on the banner, so the color scheme and design needs to prompt people to click. The design will be the same for each banner, just 3 different sizes.
PS I have a very low budget for this project, but will give a great review for a new Freelancer...
