Project Description:

Write a simple application which can record video and audio signal with acceptable delay and frame rate through internet.
When both users connect their phone to internet through wifi or 3g, they can simply press a button and start recording the media signal and stream out the data packet to the opposite side. The UI and layout of this application can be very simple. The most important part is the functional part and the stability. Once the application can do video conferencing for about 5 minutes without any errors occurs that will be find. The code in your work should provide clear comments about how the application works.

Sorry everyone,I would like to mention some more requirement about this project. First of all, the apps should be able to run on any mobile. Second, the android version of the application should be 2.1 or 2.2. Third, the program should be written in java and run in eclipse. Fourth, if there is any server program, please also provide the code of this server.
