I require someone with experience in Pentaho to create the report templates based on the attached documents. I have a populatesd test MySQL db.

One additional item to be programmed would be a calculation between current todays date and commencement date to sum DOM in active listings. The DOM is already calculated on Sold Listings. Also would like it parametized so that I could select by district and it would generate the report. I can apply the Header and Footer content. I am currently on the Community environment and would like it to remain there. This is a first phase project and my budget is small. Once I have more enduser acceptance I will consider publishing the reports to the Pentaho BI server and require clients to login in. This will require a site registration component for lead generation. Again my budget is small. I have created the basic reports within an hour so I understand the time requirement. I lack the enhanced sql skills to do calculations and generate the charts. As I said this is a first phase and other more advanced phases will require work. I would like the template generated for $100.00 and under.
