Script to dynamically create HTML web page w/ embedded FlowP

This script will allow us to email an html link to a list of prospective customers. When they click on the link, the script will dynamically create an HTML landing page with an embedded FlowPlayer. The player will use information from the clicked link to specifiy which video it should play from a 3rd party partner (like YouTube).

Steps:

1) Create an HTML webpage with embedded Flow Player, (we will provide a simple design with a salesperson's picture and a few lines of text). Make 2-3 copies of the webpage for different salespeople.

2) Write script (e.g. php) which will dynamically create one of the HTML webpages (enable us to specify which webpage (e.g. which salesperson)

3) The SWF file for the FlowPlayer will come from URL link from a partner website. Script will programatically construct the URL link using data in our email HTML link.

Other requirements:

1) We will need the HTML file for the web pages so we can modifiy if needed for additional sales people.

2) We need source code of PHP script in case later modification is needed.
