Magento Overstock.com API With Return Feed Controls

Hi,We are only reposting due to a problematic company cancelled project on us for their personal reason. Please be sure you will finish the project before bidding. Thank you.
This project is for Overstock API connection. Our system is Magento community 1.5.
We need the to perform everything in Required SAPI Requests (as picture attached) except:
GetCategories
GetBrands
When an item is disabled, it will change inventory status in Overstock.com as "Discontinued." When status is changed to "Enable", it should change the product status in Overstock.com as "Partner Submit"
When an order is downloaded to Magento, it should display Overstock.com order number as Invoice number and order number.
Once an order is shipped, the tracking# needs to be updated to Overstock.com.
Additionally, when there is a refund on Overstock.com, it needs to create a credit memo in Magento. The credit memo number should match Overstock.com RMA number.
We do need the feed to complete as soon as possible. Thanks for looking.
