Copy a Portion of an E-Commerce Website,changing the prices

Project Description:
I would like a copy of certain sections of the website http://www.epathchina.com.These are the categories and their related subcategories I would like cloned:
Mobile & Accessories (and subcategories)
Computers & Tables (and subcategories)
LED Lighting (and subcategories)
MP3s & Accessories (and subcategories)
Here's the rub: I want every item price tripled.(US Dollars). The shipping price may remain the same, as we will just pass this on to the customer.
All images and links must be local to my site.
Please also remove all references to china, wholesaling, or epathchina.
I currently have an Interspire Shopping Cart setup to copy the products into.
I will provide my site and db login details as well as our company/paypal details for site payment processing to the winning freelancer.
