Hi,

I have a website and i want this website to be viewed on TV through DTH (direct - to- home) service provided by many companies. The website will be viewed only no write or reply option but the content of website will be specific to that user, the user will login and view the content.

In this project i want a small presentation or report whether this can be done, how can it be done, equipments, hardware required total cost required and the role of freelancer in the total project afterwards.

The total cost of project should be as minimum as possible. While bidding mention the cost of project described so that it will be helpfull for me to select the bidder who can do the task in minimum budget.
