( Yii Framework ) . need all the same function like what this site have ( pls study the website and be a member there so u can know how the system work for member area ). . must also have the admin , staff , developer , member area and control panel , this task also need someone who can develop the auto daily scrape data process ( where all the android market app list data get from market.android.com and need this system easy to manage ) . about the design need something nice and light and must based on css ( it more good with the new html5) , if u also know how to develop the android app for this site ( that more good so we can just deal with 1 developer person or company who will handle and make this website and android app done ) . before make any bid pls make sure what this appbrain.com have.p/s pls contact me ONLY if u confident can make this project and deliver this project in time without any bugs ,
