Small website with shopping basket

Hello folks!
In a nutshell:
I'm looking to hire a brilliant web designer with to develop a small website, this website will sell one product but with many styles and it will have simple shopping basket takes customer to Paypal payment page.
The fine print is:
1- Landing page: will have the main imagery
2- About page: which will take about us
3- Collections page: this page will have multiple categories for our product and it will be shown as a grid, please refer to this example ( [login to view URL] or [login to view URL])
4- Product Page: this page will feature the styles of the selected category and it will show one product only at time so i.e: you click on collections tab > Category > Product page and this is somehow how we will be navigating like this [login to view URL]
Each product will have some info and will have "Add to basket" button and "quantity field" next to it
5- Basket page: this page will have all products added to the basket and ready to check out and to be linked to Paypal account
6- T&C page: simple page for the terms and conditions
7- Exchange & Refund: simple page for our rules for E&R
8- All the above should be supported by back end with easy access and ability to edit so you need to give me suggestion whether you want to use a WP, Drupal, Jumla, etc. no flash and dead technologies and preferably responsive design.
The project is very simple and no need to do any graphic design work as i am a print designer so i can supply you with.
Now the thing about this project that i need someone professional, out of the box thinker and can provide me with creative solution not only code it. Eye to details is a must, every pixel count, quality is key.
No half way jobs, no milestone, you deliver the job and you get paid on the dot.
The project is small so please keep your bid reasonable.
