Fast, reliable, welldone

This guy is greedy and a scammer. He told me he will complete the task in 15 days, he took 3 months, and now he says he don't want to work on this task. This guy never replies to email, moreover the phone number which he gave me was an invalid number. It's really hard to communicate with this guy, This guy always insisted on releasing milestone first , and will say he will show the work later. Once he receive money, he will disappear. He showed me uncompleted work, and when I complained about bugs in the script, he started blaming me that it's my hosting issue, he was not willing to fix the bugs. At very beginning we agreed that i will release two milestones of 50$ each and rest I will pay on completion. But later he said that he want more money, and he forced me to pay money to his paypal account, outside freelancer. So beware of this guy, unprofessional work.
