For animation Adobe Flash and Adobe Animate CC is good.. and for 2D Motion Graphics After Effect is best and if you want to add 3D in motion Graphics then use Cinema 4D

I think all started with After Effects, and then go-to Cinema 4D.

I personally enjoy Blender a lot as this has the capability of 3D for a $0 price tag
