Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs
The job is to design a SINGLE SCREEN website (i.e., no scrolling, or minimal scrolling) that shows about 30-40 wine bottles and allows users to buy them. We need to show the wine bottle image, name, and the price. We need a slick mouse over enlargement (magnifyier, zoom in, enlarge - it could be any of those, just needs to look and feel good). We also need a shopping cart so people can buy things. You could do a drag and drop interface, or something slick like that. People need to be able to see what and how much they are buying (and a total price).
Your job is to create a slick, modern design.
If we didn't use a designer, we would just put all images on a grid on the screen without any flare. See attached images for examples of what we would do without a designer. WITH a designer (your job), we want it to look really nice and slick, but ALSO simple and elegant, like something Apple designed.
The constraint is that all products need to show together, so we can't "feature" certain products at all. The purpose of this is for a shopping experiment, so we don't want any bias.
For now, just use a dummy image for a wine bottle, later we will take over and host the website and my web developer will replace the images.
The deliverable should be files that my developer can host on our PHP server. My developer will create the backend data storage with a SQL database. I only need you for the design work.
