  IS it something like a main page to list the magazines, clicking on it opens another screen where the magazine pages (images) are shown and can swipe through them?
  What should we submit? A mockup android app with these screens? Or some screenshots of the UI?

     Yes, main page will show all the magazines from archive from top to bottom scroll, after clicking on a magazine pages will show and left and right will show previous and next page. Top and bottom fix menu A) Jump to any magazine, B) Jump to any page, C) Contact Us, D) English, Hindi and like that. Send some of your designed app link or screenshot.

  Hello Friends,
  We have 4 years images, every folder have 72 or 76 images per magazine, inside a folder.
  We also have Hindi Magazines so we also need a link on top right "ENGLISH" or "HINDI"... when someone click on the language, it will show the same magazine and same month in Hindi... images path of English & Hindi are

  We do not need user to create account and login to view but we need data to check how many users and unique users watching magazine every month.
  Users can contact us via a simple contact us link & a feedback or contact editor form need to be added as per client's requirement.
  Magazine images to load quick and fast like inside their app.
  
  Top / Bottom or Menu colors should be their "Logo Blue" or "Logo Yellow" with white or black text respectively.

  What do you mean by "image based android app"? What is the purpose of the app? What are the images on the linux webserver and what is "book"?

     Hi, my saying "image based android app" mean 90% of the app function will be showing images of a book or magazine.
