Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs

I am looking to create a map of the Atlanta Metro Area with an animation camera, glowing round connections in different places and other visual effects.

I have attached three videos that show the look that I'm going for.

I've also created a map of the Atlanta Metro Area, which is what I need this design to be of. I want some of the red dots on the map to glow and flash in and out like the sample footage included. It is not necessary that every red dot bit glow, but be certain that there is one for the following cities (red dots): Austell, Acworth, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Suwannee, Decatur, Conyers, Peachtree City, and Morrow. The rest can be a tad scattered. I need this done ASAP!
