  Dear PH, would you like the entire annual report designed or just the cover/inner pages concept and look or feel? I see that the pdf looks like an already designed report. Will you be supplying new copy, will it be a word file. Also, will the financials be in excel? I can do this fairly quickly but your price is a little low for this page count.

     No I think you're getting it wrong. Sealing the design means that no one besides you and the participant will see the design. This would assure that if for example I submit a design, it would not be duplicated by a fellow particpant, or vice versa.

     Designers would still be participating in your contests. It's just that they wont see other entries. This usually attracts quality designers who put in more time/ effort than the regular designers.
