I am looking to breathe new life into several areas of my apartment without replacing the furniture I already own. The spaces that need attention are the living room, bedroom, dining area with a small seating nook, hallways, bathrooms and sinks, plus a playroom that doubles as a workout area. The brief is simple: keep the pieces I have, but rearrange, layer and accessorise them so each room looks fresh, cohesive and practical. I gravitate toward a mix of themes rather than a single prescribed style, so feel free to blend modern, traditional and eclectic touches where they make sense. Above all, I want the finished spaces to feel visually appealing while retaining (or even improving) day-to-day functionality. What I’d like from you: • A clear space plan for each room that shows where existing furniture should move and why. • Styling guidance—colour palettes, accent pieces, wallpaper or lighting ideas—so the refreshed look feels intentional. • Suggestions for any small, budget-friendly additions (rugs, soft furnishings, art, maybe purpusfull shelves or cabnets) that would tie everything together without forcing major new purchases. • A short rationale explaining how each decision balances aesthetics with function.
