I need a banner designed to use as an ad on a forum. It should be 468 tall x 60 wide and I'd prefer a GIF. It is going to be going on the sidebar (right side) of this site - https://www.localsearchforum.com/

Call to Action: Looking for training on Local SEO?
Points to Highlight:
- The reviews which are listed on the landing page. It might be good to even quote one of them in the ad.
- The fact that it's updated monthly
- The fact that it contains tips for Google My Business and Local SEO that can't be found anywhere else online.
- The fact that it's over 270 pages
It should be HTML5 responsive
One of the entries I saw highlighted a testimonial which is a fabulous idea so here is a specific testimonial to highgliht:

I just uploaded an entry and then read this comment. Are you looking for the tall format? So it would be 468px tall and 60px wide or the wide format of 60px tall and 468px wide? If I created wrong please let me know and I will re-create it.
