  I just uploaded my ideas.
  The size of #40 #41 #42 and #43 is 9cms x 4.5cms
  
  I read that wanted to save money in printing, so that's why idea #44 is squared and the size is 4.5cms x 4.5cms, that way, you will be able to print 2 of this cards in 1 average size card.

     have a look at #28 , you can choose to either have both sides printed or only the back. It will work either way. The logo is of a turbine engine, which i think is fitting.

     Yes you can but for that, it has to be very good design. I would prefer a single side because I want to save money in printing.
