I am looking for an animation to explain how Meta by Chatgrid Meta.chatgrid.io works. It's 'contact us' plugin that allows business to have 'contact us' view anywhere from their website. We also provide easy voice phone IVR to route customers phone call, email auto responds, social media chat (Facebook, line, WhatsApp, wechat, Kik) and SMS based customer support. And the agent can use on-demand chatbot to provide content and simple form(or chatbot) to the customer. (e.g. fill in address or survey) Basically, we are an offline web chat services(e.g. zopim, intercom... ) to help business talk customer using their preferred messaging. Think that you have a problem with your new travel reservation and you want to talk to the agent. while you don't want to wait around phone call or desktop, as you are a very busy person and you have your smart phone. Why don't you connect business with your SMS or Facebook messenger or other social messaging with business? And for the business, you don't need to change your existing service model, we will add our voice IVR to help you guide customer, and also help you to add 'contact us' plug-in to your website. Now when customer contacts you, you will be notified with tools you are already using - email, zoppim, intercom, or Salesforce, Zendesk and Slack. When your agent connected, they will have the all the information about customer ready, so they can help the customer better. And it's all possible by adding a line of javascript to your site provided by Meta. Deliverable should be 30sec+ video animation (or white board animation) with voice over or self-telling story.
