Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs
We need to Design a Real estate brochure to sell 13 prestige blocks. The blocks are not for houses, only farms. It is close to Richmond NSW and only 45 minutes from Sydney.
We have provided :
1. Subdivision Plan
2. Example of Marketing Brochure
3. Sample Lifestyle Images
In terms of brochure size, its likely 6 pages will suffice, with minimal copy throughout.
The document should be mostly visual (lifestyle images), with the following information required:
Cover page - hero image ( a 3D artist impression of the entrance to the estate)
Site features - land use and local amenities
Masterplan - lot layout, area, and orientation
Artist Impression entry statement and surrounds
Sales contact agent
The final designs in PDF and AI/PSD/IND formats.
Target Market:
Turf (instant lawn) farmers
Vegetable farmers
Polo players (upper class city)
Hobby farmers (middle class city)
We have also included a poor quality brochure which we are not happy with. The road through the centre of the development is to be a public sealed road, we want to line the road with Ornamental Pear Trees (Pyrus calleryana ‘Capital’).
We want a nice entry wall to the estate made from Sandstone blocks like in the photos provided, With a name plaque set into the wall saying " Richmond Rise"

To be clear, the fencing will be 1. Sand stone front entrance way ( aprox. 10m either side of estate entrance) 2. Post and rail timber fencing along all road sides, 3. side fences and rear fences not on roadsides will be wire with small timber posts

Hello Mike, the project is a work in progress and hasn't been finished so we haven't got any photos. The photos supplied were samples to show sandstone fencing we want. Really what we want is a brochure with an artists impression on the front cover of the entrance.
