I am looking for a graphic designer to create a professional purchase certificate for my chinchilla breeding business. The certificate must be designed in A5 format (front and back) and created entirely in Canva, so our team can easily edit and update it in the future without depending on the original designer. The certificate will be professionally printed in bulk, and each copy will be completed by hand for individual customers. For this reason, the layout should provide adequate space for handwritten information and signatures while maintaining a clean, elegant, and highly readable design. The front side of the certificate should include a premium layout with fields for the animal's name, mutation, date of birth, sex, a dedicated 4 × 1 cm space for the microchip label, a photo of the animal, the buyer's information (name, CPF/Tax ID, phone number, and address), the purchase date, and signature areas for both the breeder and the responsible veterinarian. The design should convey quality, trust, and exclusivity. The back side of the certificate will contain a warranty, acknowledgment, and responsibility agreement (text will be provided), followed by eight QR codes at the bottom that link customers to care guides and other breeder documentation. Despite the amount of text, the layout should remain clean, organized, and easy to read. The design must follow the visual identity of our company, ChilaPet.
