Need a sign in Spanish that says:

Every Wednesday and Thursday at 6:45pm to 7:30pm (Todos los miércoles y jueves de 6:45 p.m. a 7:30 p.m.)
(Let's dance, burn fat, and get fit (Vamos a bailar, quemar grasa y estar en forma, al mismo tiempo)
I put the Spanish in brackets and that is what you need to use; I only put the english to give you context in case you are not familiar with spanish
Spice it up with photos/drawings/whatever
Put things in the right order that you see fit and make the most important things stand out
