I have roughly 9 min of raw footage from multiple fans, that I would like to have edited into a 25-second promo video with a twisted valentine theme.
The footage consists of cellphone video in portrait orientation, that needs to be converted to landscape in the most creative way possible, and DSLR footage.
I have selected the clips that I want in the finished project, but the duration of them is to be played with. A lot of them are fans singing the lyrics so some of the videos will need to be synced with the song.
I would like the footage to be edited, color graded, have transitions, effects and use the file labeled "Promo Single" as the background track of the video. The video should portray the excitement the fans feel when singing, dancing, or playing to the song.

Questions are very welcome.
Implement a cool way to show the Single Art, in the beginning, and make sure to advise that the single will be available on Apple Music, Spotify, iTunes, Google Play/YouTube, Amazon, & Pandora

Yes all of the videos and I do understand that you will not Be able to synchronize all the videos and get the final product under 25 seconds. you do some fast cuts between some videos as B Roll if needed

Bro, what do you exactly mean by "twisted valentine theme"? Do you have any ideas as to what could be done in the video, regarding a valentine theme?

The title of the song is can't be faithful and the track is going to be released on Valentine's Day so maybe some Cheesy effects with broken hearts and stuff like that. It's really up for you guys interpretation. Be creative!
