Contest Brief

Phase one of my new real-estate insurance & assurance membership brand begins with a logo that instantly signals trust, prosperity and readiness for business. I want an elegant, sophisticated look that features clear real-estate imagery—silhouettes of rooftops, subtle skylines or similarly refined building motifs.

I’m still finalising the company name, so part of the assignment is to suggest a few memorable, niche-appropriate names that pair seamlessly with the logo concept. Colour is flexible: gold on black, silver on blue, deep green accents—any palette that looks authoritative and upscale will be considered. The key is that the finished mark feels like a legitimate brand our members can rally behind while we move quickly into revenue generation.

Deliverables
• 3–4 name + logo concepts presented as high-res visuals with short rationales
• One chosen concept refined through up to two feedback rounds
• Final files: layered vector (AI, EPS), print-ready PDF, web-ready PNG & SVG, plus monochrome/transparent variants
• Basic usage guide outlining fonts, colours (with HEX & CMYK codes) and clear-space rules

Acceptance criteria
• Distinctive, elegant styling that incorporates at least one real-estate element
• Scales cleanly from website favicon to storefront signage
• Works on light and dark backgrounds without loss of legibility
• Delivered assets meet the file-type list above
