Branding, Logo & UI Design for Two Education & EdTech Websites

We are looking for an experienced designer to help finalize the visual identity, logo, and user interface of two closely related education-focused websites:

ASENIA (non-profit association): https://asenia.sn
ASENIA EDTECH (social enterprise): https://asenia-edtech.com

Both websites are already built using WordPress, with a validated site structure, clearly defined content (in French), finalized page hierarchy and navigation.

The objective of this project is to strengthen the visual identity, improve UI consistency, and enhance the overall professional look and feel of both websites, while keeping their missions clearly differentiated.

The scope of work focuses on visual identity, logo and UI design, not content rewriting or technical redevelopment.

Since this is an early-stage project with a limited budget, we are aiming for a simple, clean, and practical improvement — not a full strategic rebrand.

Given our current budget, we are looking for:

* Logos creation
* Defined color palette
* Typography selection
* Basic UI visual guidelines for key pages
* Simple mockups (lightweight)

No full brand book or advanced UX research is required. We want something practical, simple with realistic designs that can be implementable quickly within WordPress.

Designers who take the time to visit our 2 websites to understand the project context before proposing solutions will be prioritized.
We are looking for guidance and solutions to help us make our newly created websites functional rather than just AI generated logo, images or content.
