I'm looking to get a poster made for a special occasion that is 16"x20", printed on vinyl and with a matte finish. This is an important event that I'm planning, so quality and attention to detail is my top priority. I saw the below attached poster at a location in India and while it is one of a kind and cannot be bought ... I am looking forsomeone to reporduce the same..

the language on the polster is 'Hindi' and it will work as long as you can reproduce it as an artwork
