      For the banner that you just posted, the background looks good. Remove the guy in the middle. Raise the MAGNATECH title and add a row below of the different products I sell.
      Then, show me what you have for the other banners.

      I like the thumbs up idea. Backgrounds are too bubbly though. Need something brighter and cleaner. Use color red.

      Looks much better! I like the balance of products and people in the banners. Only thing, in my culture, we like like bright vivid colors. The blue background is too pale. Look at the background on the website... bright red!

      I'm assuming you're talking about the font for the Logo. It's called Gill Sans MT.

      It's a good start. I want to see more of the products we sell though. Customers need to also be able to identify the brands easily. If you use people in the posters, use women :).
