  Very poor content on the design brief. Samples provided isnt enough for a designer to know what you really need. Provide more details.

     Try to keep it simple and solid in colors. It should be very balanced, the best color combinations in my opinion is Starcraft 2 Lobby/Room/Achievements and you can see they are pretty simplistic as well. You can also see the other contest in which we had selected the winner for our logo.

     I recently stumbled upon HTC 7 Trophy and its windows themes are very simplistic as well as all the color combinations were very good.
