Do you actually have a game character to work from? It might seem a bit odd if the 'Zombie' on your icon looks nothing like the one / ones in the game.

Just a piece of advice really, but when you come to release your icon to the App Store, you will need a 1024px X 1024px (for the App Store page) or 512px by 512px (for google play), it's also usual that your app should support HD and Retina icons, which can be as big as 144px. Just a friendly head's up. You should probably ask for the icon at 1024, as 'scaling down' always works out better than 'scaling up'.
