This brief outlines the comprehensive interior design requirements for the Takku Boutique Hotel, based on the provided floor plans and color palettes (Takku Blue (#005F69) and Takku Orange (#FF6B35)). The designer must create a luxurious, modern, and functional atmosphere across all spaces, considering both aesthetics and practicality. The design should incorporate high-end furnishings, branding, and flexible use of spaces. **We will be sourcing the furniture from manufacturers in Guangzhou, China**, and all furniture and materials should be deliverable before the trip dates (27th-28th).

Scope of Work
The interior designer is expected to develop a detailed design proposal** for the following spaces, providing:
- 3D renders of each space.
- Technical plans with accurate measurements and layouts for furniture placement.
- A shopping list for each room, specifying:
- Furniture items (with color, size, and cost) to be sourced from Guangzhou manufacturers.
