  The Contest Holder said he himself is a Designer and the nature of the business is design development. Its easy to create an account here in Freelancer, create a contest, take ideas from contestants, submit a lousy logo, declare it a winner, get his money back, pay a small amount to freelancer, but took hundreds of ideas from us. Such a scammer!
