      It doesn't have so much sense, Seeing many guaranteed contest unpaid I wrote to support to understand something, their answer:
      "Nevertheless, I understand your concern about some contest holders not committing to the Contest, which may fall under Non-Guaranteed Contests. However, since Freelancer.com merely serves as an online venue, we do not offer any insurance nor guarantee about the true nature or intention behind all projects, contests, and submissions posted on our website. We expect our user's capability to discern every participation, negotiation, and any agreement they will enter into each other. "
      It means that a guaranteed contest if not paid could fall under non-guaranteed contest. Wow what a brilliant idea. And at the end should be the user that has to understand if ch is a good or bad guy.
