Contest Brief

We currently run a gardening business that is part of a franchise group. In a few months time, we'll be breaking out of the franchise and going it alone! As a result, we require a new logo be designed for the new re-branded business.

It needs to be quite simplistic and not too intricate but we are trying to convey the following through the design:
- Professional
- Organised
- High quality
- Reliable
- Multi-service (it's not just mowing - general garden/yard maintenance also: hedging, planting, stone paths, soft landscaping etc.)

The name of the business is "Flynn's Garden Services"

We would like the colours to be blue (royal to navy rather than light blue) and white. The business's trailer is white so the logo will need to be appropriately designed so that stickers can be printed to stick onto the white trailer.

We would like any fonts used to be clear and simple rather than cursive - easy reading a strong recognition is key as the branding will most often be seen on cars/trailers while driving around.

We would like two configurations of the design, a landscape and a portrait version so that the logo is compatible with multiple promotional layouts.

Once a winning design is chosen, we will require it to be supplied in a few different formats (excuse my mis-use of terminology here):
- On a white background
- With no background at all
- jpeg
- png
- gif
- Versions in VERY high res so that they can be printed in large format (billboards etc.)

Pls give respect to designers and give feedback as they give lots of there efforts and time to create a logo.... your feedback takes only few sentences.......my entries #80 , #83 ....all the designers should type like this as i typed ...not the way you begging ..."pls feedback to my entry....."

Hi there, thanks for all of the entries. I quite like the more \"corporate\" look as you will gather from my ratings.
For the entries that have been rated 3 stars or above, could you please let me now the HEX code and or RGB numbers for the colours used? I will need to make sure that I can access these colours for backgrounds etc. on letterhead.
