Contest Brief

This contest is for a new logo and favicon for GeoDisk. This logo will be used for a large Kickstarter campaign we are starting.

GeoDisk is a startup that provides live worksharing for geographically separated client teams to work in the same files at the same time. Using our exclusive cloud accelerated servers, multiple teams separated by geographic distance can work on the same files at the same time at local speeds across the country or around the world. The key is our unique software that maintains files locks and works through our exclusive accelerated cloud.

We have uploaded our current logo and favicon... as you can see its amateurish. We are looking for something COMPLETELY new. Do NOT worry about color or font. We have are not married to any company color.

Requirements:
--"The Feel": We would like to go with unique, professional and creative. We favor clean looks with simple images that if marketing fliers were photo copied or low quality scanned, are still distinguishable.
--Color: Must be vibrant, clean, and youthful.
--Wording: GeoDisk is all one word however, Geo and Disk must be differentiate in some way(different shades, colors, background, or what ever)
--Subtitle: Our subtitle is "Cloud Accelerated Disk".
--Use: It would be used on the site, but may end up in black and white images, or even on black backround. Please show yours including these scenarios.

It will be blown up large so we are concerned about pixalization. Therefore the final files the winner provides are not allowed to include rasterized images.

Have fun and submit as many times as you want.

Clarification
Please also show how you see the favicon executed. Some of you have the favicon clearly presented and others we are not sure on. Thank you.
