Project: Logo design contest for Loot Tower About the brand Loot Tower is an online collectibles shop based in Greece, shipping across Greece and the EU. We are launching with Pokémon TCG and plan to expand into other trading card games and collectibles over time. Our brand should feel like a premium boutique for collectors — curated, trustworthy, and professional. We are not a discount marketplace and not a generic gaming store. What we need A simple, scalable logo that works in real business use: • Website header • Favicon (16px / 32px) • A4 invoices and receipts • Thermal receipt printers (58mm, black only) • Gift and packaging stickers (4cm to 8cm) We are open to different creative directions — emblem, monogram, tower symbol, wordmark-led, seal-style, and combinations of these. We want to compare multiple original concepts and choose the strongest one. Strong directions we are especially interested in (you may explore one or combine thoughtfully): 1) Integrated tower wordmark — the name “Loot Tower” and a castle-tower element read as one designed mark (not an icon with plain text pasted underneath). 2) Minimal emblem — a clean, compact symbol (for example a simple rectangular or badge-like frame with a castle tower in negative space), with typography that feels custom and belongs to the same system. Wordmark integration (important) The brand name “Loot Tower” must feel designed into the logo — custom typography, balanced spacing, and a clear relationship between symbol and text. Please avoid: • Generic icon on top + default font text underneath • Icon on the left + plain Arial/Helvetica-style wordmark on the right • Layouts where the symbol and text look like two unrelated parts Design requirements • Clean, flat 2D vector style • Minimal details with a strong silhouette • Must remain clear at both small and large sizes • Elegant and timeless, not trendy for a few months • Readable wordmark: Loot Tower • Preferred colors: Navy #1F2937, Gold #C9A227, Cream #F9F7F2 • Must also work in pure black and white If you use a tapering tower shape or stacked lettering, keep the geometry clean: straight outer edges, consistent alignment, and a stable horizontal base — no crooked or broken joints between elements. Tower direction (important) If you use a tower symbol, it must feel like a fantasy castle tower (medieval fortress style), with clear battlements on top (crenellated edge with gaps/notches). Do NOT use: • Modern skyscrapers • Office-building towers • Simple round/cylindrical towers • Generic “tower” icons that look like tubes or columns The tower should communicate “castle / treasure fortress”, not city architecture. What we do NOT want • Trading cards, card shapes, keys, locks, coins, or tiny decorative icons inside the logo • Complex illustrations (background scenes, landscapes, busy backgrounds) • Many small details that disappear at favicon, sticker, or receipt size • 3D effects, gradients, glow, or heavy shadows • Cartoon / childish gaming style • Dark dungeon / aggressive RPG style • Crypto or neon hype aesthetics • Pokémon, Nintendo, or any trademarked characters in the logo • Over-decorated badges with too many elements • Taglines or slogans inside the logo • Logos that only look good large but fail at small print sizes Please keep the design simple enough to stay readable when printed small on thermal receipts and packaging stickers. Winner deliverables • Primary logo (symbol + wordmark) • Icon-only version • Black monochrome version (thermal/receipt ready) • White reversed version (for dark backgrounds) • Editable vector files (AI or EPS + SVG) • High-resolution transparent PNG files
