### **Project Title > **Luxury & Modern Logo Design for "Palacio" Chalet/Resort in Riyadh** > ### **Project Description * **Hello Creative Designers,** I am launching a contest to design a high-end, **ultra-modern, and minimalist logo** for my luxury chalet and resort named **"Palacio"**. **The Meaning Behind the Name:** * **Palacio** is the Spanish word for **"The Palace"**. * The logo should subtly reflect the essence of grandeur, luxury, and elite status, but expressed through a sleek, modern, and contemporary design language. **About the Property:** * **Location:** Al-Ammariya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. * **Architecture:** A massive luxury estate featuring clean lines, spacious lounges, a grand celebration hall, high-end bedrooms, and expansive outdoor seating areas with swimming pools. * **Color Identity:** The property features a modern architectural palette of **white, grey, and dark accents** (Please refer to the attached image.png for a clear view of the venue's design and vibe). **Design Requirements & Style:** * **Style:** **Strictly Modern, Sleek, Minimalist, and Sophisticated.** We want a premium look that screams exclusivity and high-end hospitality. * **Logo Type:** We are looking for a luxury monogram/icon combined with elegant typography, or a beautifully crafted modern wordmark. * **Typography:** Clean, contemporary sans-serif fonts for the English text (**Palacio**). * **Language Integration:** The logo needs to incorporate the name **"Palacio"** (Main) and its Arabic equivalent **"بيلاسيو"** in a modern, stylized, or clean geometric/contemporary Arabic typography style that blends seamlessly with the English logo. * **Colors:** Keep it sophisticated. CH, be careful, the majority of entries you'll come across are going to be AI generated, we're talking roughly 99% AI. These scammers will flood the competition with HUNDREDS of AI images, but there are ways to spot them. Pay attention to anyone dropping all their entries in a suspiciously short amount of time. A genuinely hand crafted design takes real time to produce, so seeing multiple different entries posted back to back is simply not possible. The best way to catch them out is to click on any entry and tap the "See All" button to reveal their spamming pattern and just how fast they're posting entries. ALWAYS CLICK SEE ALL. I really can't stress this enough, every entry you find yourself drawn to, SEE ALL. ALSO PLEASE NOTE!!!
