Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs

Contest Title: Modern, Geometric Logo for a Database Infrastructure Platform ("The Stripe for Databases")

1. The Product TenantsDB is an infrastructure tool for software developers. We help B2B SaaS companies manage thousands of isolated databases.

Concept: Turning chaos (10,000 customers) into perfect order.

Keywords: Infrastructure, Scale, Isolation, Precision, Engineering.

2. The Visual Vibe We want a look that says "Enterprise Reliability" (similar to Stripe, Vercel, or Supabase).

Style: Minimalist, Geometric, Swiss Style.

Colors: The logo must look striking in White on Black (Dark Mode).

Typography: We are looking for a strong, modern Sans-Serif that feels "engineered."

Examples of the style we like: Inter, Roboto, Helvetica Now, or Space Grotesk.

Note: You don't have to use these specific fonts. Use them as a reference for the "clean, technical, and legible" look we want.

3. Concepts to Explore We have attached some rough sketches. We are open to your interpretation, but here are the directions we like:

Concept A: "The Hive" (Density)

Reference: The top sketch with the halftone dots.

Idea: Show individual units (dots/squares) coming together to form a larger, solid shape (like a Hexagon or Cube). This represents "Scale."

Concept B: "Isolation" (Structure)

Reference: Geometric shapes that fit perfectly together but don't touch.

Idea: Representing that Customer A is safe and separated from Customer B.

Concept C: "The Stack" (Depth)

Idea: A modern, abstract take on the traditional database "cylinder" or "layers," but deconstructed into a 3D grid.

4. Important Constraints

Symbol Legibility: Make sure the symbol works at small sizes (16x16px favicon).

Precision: Keep the geometry precise. The lines and spacing should be mathematically perfect.

Avoid: Do not use a literal "Cloud" icon (too generic).

Avoid: Do not use complex gradients that can't be printed in one color.

5. Deliverables

Vector Files (AI, EPS, SVG).

Dark Mode version (White text) & Light Mode version (Black text).

Symbol (Icon) and Wordmark (Text) separated.

    CH, you need to watch out, most entries are going to be AI generated, 99% AI but there are things you can do to spot the scammers, watch out for them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a solid design takes time and care to craft, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries.

    Emphasis on the isolation is very important. Also Logo over text designs and obvious AI generated logos wil not tbe accepted.

    What we mean by isolation? Please find below

    What We Believe
    Belief 01
    Every tenant deserves data sovereignty.
    Your customers' data should be physically separate. Not filtered by a WHERE clause. Not protected by "trust our code." Actually separate. Different databases. Different processes. Different boundaries.
    Belief 02
    Isolation should be invisible.
    Developers shouldn't suffer for security. The API should be the same. The experience should be the same. The architecture should be better. Security is not a tax on developer experience.
    Belief 03
    The future is isolated by default.
    Just as HTTPS became the default. Just as password hashing became obvious. Just as containers replaced "it works on my machine." Database isolation will become the standard. Not because it's trendy. Because it's right.
