I need a fresh logo for “AKADEMIA DORADCÓW FINANSOWYCH”, my training and recruitment hub that feeds talent into the finance world—loans, insurance, investments and beyond. The mark has to feel like career progression, so an arrow that doubles as a subtle career-ladder motif will be central to the concept. Visual direction • Style: unmistakably minimalistic and clean; no clutter, no unnecessary ornament. • Colour: the design has to sit proudly on a deep navy background, with beige as the hero tone. A single-colour beige treatment that also works in solid white or black variants is ideal. What I expect - A primary logo featuring the ladder/arrow idea alongside the full Polish name. - Horizontal, stacked and icon-only variations. - Vector source files (AI/SVG) plus high-res PNGs for dark and light backgrounds. - Clear guidance on safe-area, proportions and the exact beige/navy colour codes you used. I’ll review first drafts focusing on clarity, balance and how convincingly the arrow suggests both upward growth and professionalism in finance. Once we lock the concept, we can finalise refinements and output the deliverables.
