Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs

I have a detailed DWG floor plan of a master bedroom that needs to be transformed into a photorealistic 3D visualization and a fully-detailed layout. The look is modern and calm, built around neutral tones. In the render I want the bed and its bedding to be the visual anchor, supported by carefully chosen furniture and décor pieces that reinforce the style.

You’ll receive the DWG as the dimensional base; I’ll count on you to model, texture, light, and stage the space so that every element sits exactly where it belongs in the plan. Feel free to work in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or any other tool you prefer as long as the final images look lifelike and the layout matches the drawing.

Deliverables
• 2–3 high-resolution, photorealistic stills (day lighting)
• Annotated layout plan showing furniture placement and key dimensions
• Source file(s) so I can make edits later if needed

Acceptance criteria
• Modern aesthetic with a neutral palette only
• Bed, bedding, cabinet, furniture, and décor clearly detailed and proportionally accurate to the DWG
• Clean lighting, no noticeable noise or artifacts in the renders

    I have a question:
    1. The blue line in the DWG file shows a window? Is that correct?
    2. Is that red line a void?
    3. There's also a toilet there. Is that included in the design?

      the existing plan have no toilet i want to add one. you can find two blue line one for the windows thats start +1m of the flr second blue line aluminum slidding door ounce share the picture of the room everything will be more clear. pictures will be share up on rewarding the project. thank you
