Basement Design Request – Bar, Pool Table, and Family Lounge Concept
I’m looking to transform my unfinished basement into a multifunctional entertainment space that includes a bar area, seating area, pool table, and a family lounge—all within one cohesive design.
The total space measures 20 feet wide by 48 feet long.
Initial Layout Concept
Family lounge area: Located toward the back of the space for a more relaxed, private feel.
Bar and sitting area: Positioned along the left wall.
Pool table: Centered in the middle area of the room as the main focal point.
I’m also open to alternative layout ideas if there’s a better flow or more functional design.
Style and Finishes
Overall look: Modern, clean, and upscale
Flooring: White tile with black accents
Bar design: White bar with black stripe detailing
Lighting: Modern, possibly recessed or statement fixtures to highlight the bar and pool area
I’ll be including inspiration photos that reflect the look and feel I’m trying to achieve.
Please provide a layout concept that maximizes flow, comfort, and visual appeal while keeping the space functional for entertaining and family
