Hello everyone! We are excited to host this contest to get the best results!
We need a professional custom cover page for the following documents: (6)
SIZE : 8.5"X11"
Quote for Proposed Work
Fence Installation Contract
Deck Installation Proposal/Contract
Authorization for change
Completion Waiver
Design Service Agreement
I have uploaded photos of some sample/example cover page templates we like with the color scheme of black and yellow. I have also attached our company logos and some imagery that could be used in creating the cover pages.
**The finished 6 copies should all have the same "Theme" or "style" but should be different from one another.
The use of graphic design imagery to support each title should be considered -
A little about each document:
The quote for proposed work is an informal document being sent out to potential customers, this is not a contractual agreement. (imagery of hard hats may work within the design of this cover)
The fence installation contract is a formal document provided and signed on the purchase of a fence. (Imagery of a nice gate/fence entry may work for design in this area)
The deck installation contract/proposal is a formal document provided and signed on the purchase of a deck
An authorization for change is provided as a formal document when a change is being made to an existing project during the build.
The completion waiver is a formal document for when the job is entirely complete, to obtain customer acknowledgement that they are satisfied. (Imagery of a checkmark graphic may work within this cover page design)
The design service agreement is a formal document for the purchase of our design service, a contractual agreement explaining what's included in the service. (Imagery of a man at a desk with building plans may work within this cover page design)
*To represent each of these properly some consideration should be used on to which imagery should help create a visually appealing cover page that properly represents an elite professional service (high end service)
*We want the feel for these cover pages to be very much like the purchase of a “Rolex”, so the cover page should stand out as a premium offering.
*Each cover will need an area allotted for us to input customer information-Customer name, address, date. This will be something we add over top of the finished file, with text boxes that integrate with our proposal software. (We attached file named: cover with example of info spot so you can see what we mean)
*Finally, our attached content should only be used as a guide, what we are really looking for is creativity. We want your expertise to present to us something you believe will properly represent our company in the manor explained above, and properly act as a cover page for the document to follow. Your welcome to add and create all your own graphics, that can help illusttrate and create a very visually appealing finshed result

For all entering into the contest I did add some additional information to the word document in the drop box link. Including page size all work should be formatted to 8.5 X11, including our company information. Thanks for those who brought this to my attention
