Design Brief – PANSEMA Congress Promotional Poster Inspiration files for poster: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ibzW_th-pB1XxdsuwhiZeC6i1LS_6PkW?usp=sharing Pan-African Sports & exercise medicine advancement congress Project Overview I require a premium promotional poster for the PANSEM Congress, designed to advertise the conference and establish it as the leading Sports & Exercise Medicine event in Africa. The poster should immediately communicate prestige, innovation and international collaboration while appealing to healthcare professionals, academics, researchers, sports organisations and industry partners. The congress is sponsored by the E1 series which takes place the same weekend as the congress. The overall aesthetic should feel comparable to conferences organised by IOC, ESSKA, BASEM, ACSM or FIFA Medical. Design Objective The poster should: Capture attention immediately. Position PANSEM as a world-class medical congress. Encourage registration and attendance. Reflect excellence in Sports & Exercise Medicine, innovation and research. Be suitable for use both digitally and in print. The poster should not be too busy or text heavy, but it does need to communicate specific agendas. Visual Style The design should be: Premium Modern Clean Minimalist Elegant International Medical Sports-focused High-tech Avoid clutter, excessive text, stock-style layouts or overly busy graphics. Colour Palette Primary colours: Deep Navy Blue White Platinum Grey Accent colours: Teal Gold (used sparingly to signify prestige) The colour palette should feel premium and professional. Theme The overall theme should communicate: "Advancing Sports & Exercise Medicine Across Africa Through Innovation, Education and Collaboration." Network with professional and elite sport international organisation leaders and stake holder SEM Advanced skills workshop Ultrasound guided interventions Point of care pitch side assessment and intervention work shop Emergency skills pitch side The design should subtly represent: Elite sport Healthcare Medical innovation Research Education Technology African excellence International collaboration Location : Sponsored by : E1 series The E1 Series in Lagos (the world's first all-electric powerboat championship) features a fluid, electrifying visual identity, high-speed on-water racing, and electric hydrofoiling boats called RaceBirds. "The future is electric, it's not a choice, it's a responsibility." [1] Hero Visual Create a striking central visual that combines elements such as: Elite athletes from a variety of sports (running, football, rugby, athletics, basketball, cycling, etc.). Do not show elite athletres recognisable faces. Sports medicine clinicians Musculoskeletal anatomy (subtle overlays) Medical imaging (MRI/Ultrasound style graphics) Biomechanics or motion analysis Digital technology/AI-inspired visual elements The imagery should feel aspirational and contemporary rather than overly clinical.
