Contest Brief

I am renovating a residential property and need high-quality photorealistic renders that clearly show the planned transformation. I will provide the following reference materials:

Current photos of the property — to understand existing lighting conditions, natural light sources, and real-world atmosphere of the space.
Current floor plans — to provide accurate measurements and spatial orientation of the existing layout.
New floor plans (redesigned layout) — showing the final distribution of spaces as we want the house to look after renovation.

What I need from you:
A set of interior renders that realistically represent the new layout based on the provided plans, using the current photos as a reference for spatial orientation and natural light. The renders should communicate clearly how each room will feel once the renovation is complete.
Style & Aesthetic:
The overall direction is contemporary minimalist — clean lines, no clutter, warm and inviting atmosphere. Key references:

Materials: Walnut wood accents (furniture, joinery, shelving), matte black metal details (fixtures, frames, handles), off-white/warm light walls — not pure white, slightly warm or greige tone
Flooring: Medium-to-dark tone hardwood parquet
Greenery: A few indoor plants placed naturally throughout the spaces
Lighting: Warm-toned light, predominantly indirect (cove lighting, wall washing, concealed LED strips) — the overall mood should feel cozy and residential, not clinical or showroom-like
