PLEASE USE LOGO AND COLOR SCHEME FROM LOGo; I’m ready to roll out a new 12-foot-by-24-foot billboard for Oconee Contractors & Painting and need a sharp, modern layout that stays true to our brand. You’ll receive our logo in multiple formats; please anchor it prominently at the top.

Just beneath the logo, I’d like the copy broken into three clean, evenly spaced columns:
• Residential & Commercial Painting | Kitchen Renovations
• Carpentry & Decks | Roofs
• Bathroom Renovations | Finish Basements

Stick to our established company colors so the board is instantly recognizable from the road. A sleek modern feel—crisp lines, balanced spacing, legible typography—is the priority; no need for extra background photos unless you feel a subtle texture enhances readability without clutter.

Deliverables I’ll need:
• Print-ready file sized exactly to 12' × 24' with 0.25" bleed in CMYK, 300 dpi
• Layered source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign) with linked fonts and images
• High-res PDF proof for quick review

If you’re comfortable working in Illustrator or Photoshop and understand large-format output requirements, I’d love to see your concept. Quick turnaround is a plus—let me know your timeline.

    Most people carelessly copy pasted your brief into chatgpt and spammed whatever slop it generated which is non printable and cannot be edited but I am studying your brief and designing printable hands with my own hands which is why its taking long so please dont close yet
