Contest Brief

I have professional photos of a brand-new townhome and I need them virtually staged so buyers immediately feel the laid-back, tropical-bohemian lifestyle I’m promoting. There are three spaces in total—the open living-dining combo, the primary bedroom, and the back patio—and I’d like each one finished to the same cohesive standard.

For the living-dining area, please work with eclectic, colorful furniture that still feels airy and beachy. Think patterned textiles, bright accent chairs, and a dining set that blends natural woods with playful hues. Scatter in poufs or floor cushions for casual seating and layer plenty of greenery throughout the scene so the plants become an organic focal point.

Carry that relaxed, tropical-boho mood into the bedroom using soft woven throws, light rattan or cane details, and more lush plants. On the patio, the goal is a welcoming retreat—perhaps a mix of weather-friendly rattan, vibrant cushions, and potted palms to echo what’s indoors.

Deliver back photo-realistic, high-resolution JPGs or PNGs ready for MLS upload, with each original image supplied in both staged and unstaged versions for transparency. Color balance should remain consistent with the original photography, and furnishings must be scaled correctly so buyers can instantly picture real pieces in the rooms. If you use Photoshop, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent rendering tools, please keep layers intact in case last-minute edits are needed.
