UPDATE: If you do not have 3D Virtual staging software then this project would be out of your reach. If you have 3D Virtual staging software, it comes with furniture and decor resources that you put in place and size to be in correct perspective.
Virtual Staging. We need all furniture, decor, pictures and rugs removed from three images and replaced with a more updated and contemporary theme. For this contest, we are only going to need you to do one image first and once we select the winner that winner will complete the project by submitting the last two image. The one image with the file name LR1_edited-1.jpg will need to have the furniture, decor, rug, curtain, pictures removed and replaced with more updated and contemporary theme. All three will need to be done within 24 hours of contest.
UPDATE: Here is an example of what this project consists of. Here is a sample of a previous project. Please see the attached VS#5.png file. You see how the before image contains, older outdated furnishing, decor, curtains, etc. and how we removed those items and replaced them with more modern furniture, etc. That is what we will want from those three other images supplied.
After you have removed all furniture, decor, curtains, rugs then you would be redesigning the room by adding new more updated contemporary furnishings. So you can see our expectations, here is a file with many sample before and after images we have had done in the past. Please see the attached file: Hommati Virtual Staging Samples.jpg

Sorry but as helpful as your rough sketches are....no measurements are available. Most software used has to have measurements to form floor plans and 3d sketches. Without this, most every thing would be incorrect.

Ronald, I think you are misunderstanding the project. You do not need measurements for what we are wanting done. IF you have 3D Virtual staging software, they come with furniture and decor resources that you put in place and size to be in correct perspective.

Hello Sir. Is the $100 contest price only for the LR-1 image, or is it the price for the work on all three scenes.

The $100 is for all three images, but I'm only requiring the LR image to be done before I choose the winner. This way every Freelancer will not have to invest their time doing all three before I choose a winner.

Hi Xiqian. While all three need to have all furniture/decor removed and replaced. I'm not making freelancer do that before I choose the winner. I want only the one image marked LR to have furniture removed and then virtually staged with a contemporary theme. I will pick the winner and the winner will complete the other two images and be paid.
